Obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, stroke, heart attack, depression, low self-esteem – these are illnesses affecting millions of Americans to date. In our society, it is easier to access unhealthy living than to be encouraged to do the opposite. For most of us, eating what we want coupled with little to no exercise, lack of sleep, stress, tobacco and/or alcohol use (if any), and yes, pure laziness, is our norm. We indulge because we assume consequences of these behaviors will not show until we are old enough not to care. We believe that our “good” genetics, our power to have everything “under control,” and our ability to “bounce back,” will never fade with time. Unfortunately, life has a way of constantly proving us wrong.

A goal that WILL be met! When you begin to DEFINE who you are, a healthy living automatically follows. You begin to feel better and want the best for yourself- all of the time! For us, this is our driving force. We understand that fitness is hard and it is easier for us to stray back into our old habits than to feel pain and sweat constantly, but here at DEFINE YOURSELF, we work with you to build YOU mentally just as much as physically. We pride ourselves in helping our clients to build a strong mindset. With a strong mentality, nothing is impossible! In this respect, your goals for fitness will not be temporary but long-lasting. The Define Yourself Fitness team 

are very passionate about what they do. It’s not just business with them, as they really care and personally invest in their clients. They are incredibly patient, and honest Fitness Coaches who will push you past what you think you’re capable of. When I started working with them I was over 240 lbs and in the worst shape of my life due to bad eating habits and not being as active as I had been in the past. Ten months later and 60 lbs lighter, we surpassed my fitness goals and I couldn’t be happier with where I am today. Whether it was talking me through the tough training days, changing my meal plan, or switching up workouts to shock my body, their investment in me as a client exceeded my expectations. I still use the valuable tools I learned from them along the way and their training regimen is now apart of my daily routine as I move forward in my fitness journey. Define Yourself, where do I start?

This company has been such an instrumental part of my life, and continues to play a major role in my daily life. That there really aren’t any words to say or show how grateful I am. Not only have Define Yourself Fitness given me a renewed confidence, but they have also given me a new body to go along with it. Since joining the clientele of Define Yourself Fitness, I have a gained more endurance, strength and more importantly they helped me to attain more clarity mentally. Instilling within me that the body will go where the mind leads. Teaching me that belief and focus goes hand in hand and that you can’t have one without the other. Not only have Define Yourself Fitness helped me get physically fit, they have also afforded me the ability and opportunity to make behavioral changes to develop, and embrace a healthier lifestyle. As I stated before there are no words to say or show how grateful to them I am. From day one the DYF (Define Yourself Fitness) team’s genuine care and professional approach given to me, has help me achieve my goals. As a result, this has made me a happier, healthier, more fit and a more educated person.
